Your compensation is valid till sept2021 if you see last years letter.

Vpb is from July to june as it is a performance based pay for that year. Compensation cycle is different

And you have to already bring all this to your leaderships notice that this is the issue you are facing. So that if theres a chance for them to provide, they know and they can put your name for it. My counsellor was a senior manager and i had informed him stating i feel i am very underpaid. So they analyze and if it works you get it.

Hello Folks,
My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
