Am holiday a offer of 25F + 10% V but Optum is still offering a max of 22.5F+15%V. Am disappointing that Optum is paying so low than all others in market. Was expecting higher from Optum given it is a product based and a captive of UHG. HR trying to convince me that i will have great learning at Optum. Please share your option.
