As a 2 YOE (backend developer profile) looking for a job change, which parts of system design should I focus on?

My target companies are MAANG and other big tech MNCs.

Do the interviewers ask high level designs? Or should I solely focus on low level designs and machine coding.

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.

With lot of suvichar i joined X company. Now my dream company (Y) coming up with the update that they are yet to release their offer letter. Ab idhar in X company i have signed the joining bonus letter too. Now the Y company wishes to buyout me with a better offer. X company has sent asset too
