Can someone help me know the ways to get a project release in Accenture. I tried my level best in convincing my manager but they aren’t ready to leave as I’m the crucial resource.

Have an associate 2 years junior to me with whom I work frequently.. they seem to make an intentional point of not responding to my emails (but promptly responds to client, partner, etc), but 75 percent of time will eventually do what I ask. Hi guys, I am due to start working at EY soon within audit.

I will be commuting to the office by train when in the Birmingham office. This will be from Leicester.

Usually if a commute is about 1.5 hours+, Mazars authorises hotels. Is there a similar policy at EY?

When not in the office I would prefer to drive to clients, not sure if me being in Leicester affects whether they will tell me to suck up an extended commute? Would a mileage claim be from the office to the client?

I was trained in informatica and currently work in a support project using Talend and Datastage. K have 1.3 years experience. Is this ETL career good or I should look for some other technology. web development doesn't interest me even when I tried during my college days and also I'm not so good at coding.
