I received an offer from a company. They have mentioned Rs 850000 as base pay but employer's annual contribution is just Rs 21000. Shouldn't it be 12% of basic? Is it wrong? Also in his CTC statutory bonus is mentioned, will it be given to him in his monthly salary?

Employer contribution. Why this component is provided on CTC. So the actual CTC becomes CTC - 2*( employer contribution in PF). It is a cheating by all companies. No ? And what CTC do they declare with EPF office?
