All right FB let's share the love - what and how does one get perks for this f-up Delta has? I've seen miles/coupons/hotel arrangements so far.

Fresh hire - still in probation - but have just been headhunted for a role at a large video games company. Pay matching. Role looks way more interesting and culture is much more chilled but isn’t Amazon. Take it or stay? How much does Amazon really accelerate your career?

How many months after promotion to senior should you stay before exiting or transferring to another practice?
A recruiter cold messages you for a role on LinkedIn. Is it wrong to directly ask what salary range is? Don’t want to give wrong impression but don’t want to waste time if too low.
I’m a late 40’s, 3rd year Partner in Big4 who joined as a DEMD after 2 decades in industry. I’m weighing an offer to join another Firm - it’s a straight comp play for 30% higher Comp for a similar role. I realize that the BS is mostly the same at all B4, so I don’t think for a second the grass is greener. But the comp is nice, and I’m not vested enough to lose much money. Did anyone here make a similar jump to another Firm, and in the end, was it a genius move, or did you come to regret it?
How do you all avoid giving a number when asked for what your desired salary is during interviews?
Any McKinsey & Company folks willing to provide a referral? Opening for an associate position. TIA!
