Recent law grad here, looking for a firm job. Can others share what I should be looking for in a compensation package nowadays? What's typical and what's not? (e.g. 401k match, health/dental/vision, paid time off, vacation). And how does that change based on: small firm, midsize firm, big firm? Thanks in advance!
You can consider yourself very lucky if they pick your call, they have very unprofessional behaviour and they won't entertain you. Best of luck
