I am looking into starting my own firm with one other attorney. I have never been a partner or solo so I am trying to figure out best practices right now. I'm working as Assistant Manager with lowest Salary that a Assistant Manager with 6+ years of experience. It's more of like a fresher or an analyst salary. I have been constantly approaching my manager but the only thing I hear is he will talk with HR and our AVP. The work culture is also more than 12hrs a day. I'm losing interest bcos of low salary and work load, I have a family to take care but the survival is too difficult.

Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
None of of these two companies are willing to offer more saying that they have a tight budget.

Will Barclays HR reject yearly hike or bonus by saying below dialogue?
"you are already having good package(CTC) as per your experience or as per market value, so we are not giving you any yearly hike or bonus for this year."

Do Barclays' Talent Acquisition folks ask for the full standing offer document, or sharing is the table enough?
I feel sharing the full doc is a disproportionate overkill; and, unfair to the issuer organization. Not to mention, a privacy concern what with the designation being disclosed, if the I do end up joining that place.
