Sometimes when I get really nervous, mad or frustrated, my vocal cords suddenly tighten up and my voice gets way more strained/higher. I try taking deep break the, making a cup of tea, or have a drink but it doesn’t help enough, and not nearly fast enough. Happens at work sometimes and I feel ashamed. Any thoughts on what I’m experiencing? Is it a panic or anxiety attack? How do I fix this?

I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). We re-negotiate at 6 Oct (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

I am trying to get out on Contract Negotiations and get into strategy consulting but recently got invited to apply for a Contract negotiation position at a sustainability consulting firm by a head hunter. This position is with a fast growing start up and would allow for great career growth, experience, and over 100k in salary (only make $70k now). Do any of you have experience with structuring a technical challenge to where it's the same for each candidate? I've had it happen where our devs asked questions to each candidate based on their lived experience vs. a standard set of questions that revolve around what needs to be performed in a dev role.

Can someone please guide regarding the hierarchy/designation structure at EY?

I joined EY GDS in February this year at 24lpa.

My current engagement is going to get over in june and I have no idea what kind of work will follow.
Although whatever I have heard regarding the salary structure,bonus and annual hikes seems good here.

I recently gave an interview at BOA and I think I have cleared it. I quoted HR ectc at 35lpa.

Mostly I see people working at the BIG4 switching within the four.

What's your opinion guys?
