I got an offer of 14.5LPA and current CTC is 6 LPA. Management want to retain me. Director approached me and said, we want you to stay here but do not expect 14 from us, HR will reach out to you but you need to come down.
How much should be good to get retained? Please suggest.

I have an offer from Deloitte of 20.7 LPA fixed with 0-10% variable on top of it.
I got another offer from hexaware of 24 LPA with 5% variable on top of it client is Franklin and Templeton.

Not sure which one to choose ... Any thoughts and suggestions???

I’m a new senior manager. I helped refer a manager I used to work with at an old job here. I had to step away in a client call and told him that I am stepping away, if anything happens let me know.
