I have a nontechnical undergrad degree and 4 years of experience in the cyber industry. Should I invest my time in getting my CISSP / other certs OR getting a technical Masters degree like CS or MIS?

I shared an intermediate workout program (Back/Legs/Arms&Shoulders/Leg/Chest split) with a few friends the other day and figured I could also share it with others if interested.

I have few doubts, 

>>I need to know when the Talk will be started with M for the hike. Today is 14-sept-22, no info from M till now. 

>>what hike percentage I can expect from this coming annual hike?

>>also If I will be promoted to A in October then what percentage hike I should expect from the Promotion itself?

Is 25% hike on current is a good deal to switch to CTS from HCL. Offer I got is 21.8 fixed + 70000 variable total CTC 22.5 LPA e.o.f 9.5yrs.

I joined CTS on 9th June, still not received a single call for project interview. Should I raise this concern to any team or contact someone?

I had my HR discussion with CTS on 23rd Nov, HR told that she will confirm by next day, but it's been more than 8 days and there is no update from them.
Can you please tell me how much time will it take for HR to update about the offer in CTS?
My last date in my current company is 28th dec, so i am waiting for their update.
