BTA at Deloitte vs Strategy at ZS? Associate level interested in healthcare/health tech but not really life sciences. ZS culture seems like a better fit + pay is more competitive (around 15k more), but wondering if I should go with Deloitte for project opportunities more aligned to my interests.

I have a notice period of 90 days so I rarely get an interview. I got an offer of 24. This company is not even giving 10% of the hike on my cctc.
