Hello guys, If I have a offer of Wipro 18Lpa (1lac var) and got another offer from Dell. Then how much I should ask from them. Yoe: 5yr Tech stack : Python, Powershell.

I have got offer from Accenture for 20LPA with 16LPA fixed and 4LPA as variable pay.
Now Capgemini wants to retain me and they have told they can give counter offer for 16-16.5 LPA though I asked for 17.5 LPA as fixed what should I do now accept and revoke resignation?
My years of experience is 8.
