I have an offer in pipeline for Product Owner role from a mid sized company.I haven't discussed the CTC part yet but have already qualified all the interview rounds. When i was approached initially i told them i will take as per current market standard and as per norm but didn't give any figures. How much should I ask for the said role. I'm a certified Professional Scrum Master and a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner too.

Hello all,

My last working day with tcs was supposed to be on 7th Oct, 22. But something unexpected happened today, the HR called me and said since you're unallocated we are relieving you next monday itself (25 days before the lwd).

Now i can either tell the future employer about immediate joining and get joining bonus or still keep looking for better offers (as was the plan earlier).
Quite confused, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have completed my rounds at PWC for associate consultant in cybersecurity risk. I did extremely well in my technical and hr rounds and now HR negotiation is going on. My current CTC is 8.5 lpa with 2 YOE. I am wondering if i will be able to get 13 LPA. Also, is there any joining bonus in PWC. What other benefits do we have?
