Hi guys,

I am looking to start a business where you can reimburse the customers automatically, in seconds once they have returned their purchased item to the shop. We would then receive the money back from the shop, and allow the customer to purchase again immediately.

Can I have your thoughts on this?

What problem are you solving? How do you make money? If it's taking a % of the return, why does a business want another intermediary involved besides their cc processor? If it's a cash or debit purchase the money is back to them immediately. If credit there may be a little lag but that would only free up money if the persons credit limit is maxed. If an item is exchanged, they'd receive a credit based off previous purchase, so this wouldn't free money up for them to buy other things as they'd already have that ability. It would just give the consumer a way to get money back on a credit card a day early and shop somewhere else while I end up paying somewhere else for their benefit.

Dear Fishes,
I have a query. I have purchased a macbook whose price exceeds the prescribed limit. How do I raise a request in concur portal as it throws an exception ( EEA approval required) when I input the actual expense as the amount greater than the limit. Can I go ahead and mention the prescribed amount only in the expense field?

When I proposed a title and compensation review, I was told I didn’t achieve enough impact. Unfortunately skills in project management and operations are not weighed heavily in comp reviews.
