I am working in an Australian Based MNC with 31 LPA .
I have got an opening from Singapore based MNC with package of 75K $. May I know is it worth to consider the offer .
I am bit confused about the decision .Can any one help how much should be my Compensation in Singapore to save atleast 2 L per month .

Currently making $250K all-in as a Finance Director but only got 3% increase this past review. My pay was down 5% due to COVID last year, so from 2020 to 2022 my pay is flat. Should I start looking to move? I don't have any complaints with the work I have and $250K jobs don't grow on trees, but it's hard to swallow essentially no pay increases over 2 years in a high interest rate environment
