I had an exp of 1.5yr in PM role after btech and then I did MBA and got a CTC of 12. but I have no idea on how can I use switching and jumping job to increase my salary. If anyone could help me and educate on how much increment I can ask or get on switching after working for 1.5 yrs with current CTC 12(having total of 3yrs exp), I would be in-depth to you, and if I could get to how I can ask for those "150% hike".
