Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
I have referred 3 people so far and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Please suggest me if I'm doing any wrong things at the time of the referral... And the job for which I am referring to anyone that is the latest only.Cognizant
