Hi guys I figured I’d ask for professional advice! I was “asked to consider” working with someone who owns 2 physical therapy clinics on expanding his business. He said he wants to open 4-5 more practices and is willing to partner with me and wants to pay me to pretty much do everything. Im 24 and have some minor experience but I’ve never done a project so big. How should I ask for salary, most business dev. Roles go for 80-120k but I’m entry level. Is 60k too low? Please help!

If salary is not on here or Glassdoor or Salary, what’s a good way to gauge an estimate of the worth so I don’t waste my time? Getting back on the job hunt. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

Why do I get an auto-decline from MBB? I usually get to the online/HireVue interviews for every other company (finance, consulting). I have a high GPA and a lot of research experience in popular fields (ML/DL). But for MBB I get a decline the next day. Is it because my undergrad is from abroad and non-target?
