Two weeks back I was asked to share my documents for an entry level role in PwC AC. However, post document submission I have not received any further communication from anyone in the company. I am really confused and don't know who to contact. Can anyone suggest a solution.

How to approach salary negotiation? I was recently made redundant (UK) with 1YOE, and now have an offer in a tech firm for a strategic business analytics post. The offer is about 15% below my previous salary (which they know); I'd be keen to lift it up by a few £k to bring it up to roughly 10% below.

How should I go about asking this - given I'm unemployed I'm not sure I have much leverage, and I'm already coming it with relatively low YoE / high banding for the role.

My organization absorbed another and the former deputy PM became a branch head - a demotion. For org was more focused on tech dev and not delivering a product on a sked. New org is very focused on that. He is not a driving leader, but is the only one with the tech knowledge needed. He is retirement eligible. I recently had the interview with KPIT for Data Scientist position. I have cracked multiple rounds and had salary discussion with HR. Everything was good and HR was ok to release the offer.
