Hello Folks, I think I am suffering from sleep disorder or I am just overthinking. There are days where I struggle to sleep, I am on my bed rolling over and over without any sight of sleep. All kinds of thoughts come to me and I am always sweating. I think I am stressed or I am thinking a lot. Sometimes I sleep at 3AM or 4AM. I have to wake up early for work and this is reducing my productivity. This does not happen everyday but occurs quite often at least once a week. Can anybody suggest a sol.
