I got selected in TCS.
YOE - 6+
My query is i have joined a company for one month and it is visible in my PF account. I don't want to include that experience in my total experience apart from that one month as well I have 6 yoe.
Is it create some issue any issue in TCS BVG.
Please reply to genuine help and it much appreciated, then only I will resign from my current company.

BGC team ll take your UAN number and scan all the companies which you have been part of.
So better to show that.
One of my junior did same and later could not justify and was terminated in 3 months.
I have resigned and not have experience letter, technically it is absconded.
As you have shown 6 YOE, that 1 month you can ignore as it is a much lesser period. It is not worth mentioning. It won’t cause any issues in BGC.
Don't give wrong direction bro . Ihe will be terminated later.
Dude.. it will cause u severe effect in bgv especially if already pf account created.
Same is the case for me . I joined new company before tcs releasing offer . So i genuinely told tcs hr. She told it's not a problem u can add it in i lbegin.
Remember u can disclose anywhere but not tcs don't underestimate tcs bgv . They are highly strict

If the org is not listed in your pf passbook , then you are safe. Because verification vendor usually tracks through UAN, so they'll not able to track the org which you absconded in 1 month. So don't worry chill..
