2. KPMG Global services - Associate Consultant role 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1 L Joining bonus

Which will be the better option in between these two companies in terms of WLB, Projects and Job Security?

What to pursue next? CMA, CA, CFA or any other licenses?Have been working in big4 for more than two years now. Passed CPA. Hesitant to take CFA as it's a 3 yr commitment and not quite related to CPA.
