What are your thoughts about someone willing to pursue SAP consulting as a career ? Oracle and SAP are standard ERP systems in Fortune/Big companies so even if one joins and learns in 2-3 yrs what are the growth opportunities in SAP ? I do recognize that there are a lot of advanced planning systems out there but in reality is it fair to assume that one can easily plateau off in 5 yrs from a career progression standpoint?SAP Oracle o9 Solutions Blue Yonder Kinaxis Inc.

Stop giving interviews and focus on current organisation. The offers will come but you can’t work for 1 month and leave every-time.
If your current organisation is not good then you can switch but if its good then stay there
Work, learn, upgrade and switch!
Btw what is your ctc in your current organisation and how much FIS is paying?

Switch and stick to it
Constant moves regardless of you getting the relieving letter would stop you from being shortlisted in the future by companies and even if you've cleared technical rounds, HR round would mark it as a major red flag.
So as Wipro 1 said, focus on the current org, skill up and then move.
What's your CTC and what they are offering?
Thanks for the suggestion!
