I joined acc in the month of April. Since then I have been on bench. I have got around 5-6 project calls, but I am not even able to clear these internal technical discussions. After these discussions there is no update. I am scared whether I will be fired from accenture for being in bench for so long and not able to clear the interviews

What do we think of big corps (like my employer) actively fishing for entrepreneurial talent? I myself joined after a failed startup + am always happy to meet fellow (ex-)founders at Invent, so think it’s great that we’re actively attracting them - what do others think?

Which level do you start earning RSUs at IQVIA?
Seems a bit low for an AD. IQVIA usually lowballs ppl so I’d definitely negotiate with them
In my opinion, it’s a good compensation and title. You should go for it. In ZS, at 8.5-9 years of exprience ppl reach to 190-95k with 18-20k bonus.
Good for you… I have see this happen often in consulting side at ZS.
In BT group, it do happens but it’s rare. Now even the average of 2.5 has increased to 3 years for promotion of average candidate.
For high performers it’s 2 to 2.5 years, depending on your project, client, team, manager and your networking.
Associate Director of what? Project Management? I can tell you that I make much, much less than that as an AD at IQVIA. Interesting…
Could you please help me understand the time it takes to grow from AD to D and how’s the average compensation range for both roles base in your understanding?
More than fair

7.5 years .. being in life science from day 1..
plus an internship/co-op/capstone during masters.
That is a crazy offer they have put down for you… based in my team, I can say it is way higher as per IQVIA standards and should go for it
What level are you at ZS?
Consultant
Where are you now?
Jersey - Princeton
I just need a fair idea of the compensation range should be with 7.5 year experience to negotiate appropriately with the companies. And in short term to work with IQVIA offer.
Seems about right
Where in California? Is it on-site position?
I would 100% recommend asking for higher offer. Most colleagues I know had to ask for increased offers.
