I have a phone screen with a recruiter this week for an in-house job. What sort of questions do you typically ask in this phase of the interview process and what should I be prepared to speak about?

Google Strategy Associate role: a recruiter reached out but it seems like this is a pre-MBA role. Could anyone confirm? And what’s the next level up? And approx. comp for both
Is the Strategy& health practice still hiring a lot? If so, is 100% remote still possible for new hires, or is that option phasing out? Would 60-70 hours a week be realistic, or more like 70-80+? Thanks!
What job titles would you recommend I search for when applying for a new position?
My experience is in the Fin Serv Risk and Compliance space, 7 YOE with the last 4 years specializing in data governance and system implementations, mainly leading teams building the end-to-end ETL pipes and data controls.
Also, what type of comp should I look for if I’m only targeting 100% remote jobs?

I’m a contracts specialist and have been in my role for 2 years. Prior to that, I had 3 years of experience with bidding as well. Any others in the same role care to share salaries? Has anyone lost an offer of employment because they didn't reply with a decision in time?
If so what was the length of delay and what was your excuse to the recruiter?
I feel like during the interviewing process you may have multiple interviewers and processes that go along with that, which means you may need time to compare offers. I want to be honest with the recruiter and say I am going to have to wait and compare offers when they are all on the table, which would be ~1 month.
I wish there was a list of “Best Companies to Work for” geared towards EAs. Please share the companies you believe are the best companies for EAs. Companies that promote growth and development for their EAs and truly value the work that they do. At my last firm, I was burnt out and beginning to think I hated being an EA but then I transitioned into a senior role at a larger firm and I absolutely love it!

I work in marketing within a small team. Just myself, my manager and a part time designer that I personally manage. My manager doesn’t seem to do much work. He never tells me what he’s working on, provides no instructions, guidance or feedback, and in our weekly standup he will just list out the tasks I am personally working on. It’s a lot on my plate as I handle socials, email marketing and copyrighting, yet he gets a lot of my credit but he’s not doing anything? This is my 1st job.
