I have a desk job where I’ll legit sit for 9hrs each day. I used to have hobbies on the computer, like video editing, writing code for side projects, sketching out app ideas. Lately I can’t stand to be at my desk anymore after work. Been watching too much tv instead. More so seems like it’s due to being in the same location for so many hrs each day. I got Job profile - Application development analyst in Accenture recently with 7.5 LPA fixed and 21 % variable.
What is my role? Is it Application development analyst.
Is there any possibility to re negotiate my package if I have same 7.5 lpa counter offer from TCS? If yes when can I approach the hr?

I joined Accenture on 8th December. Got laptop on 15th December. I am facing issues with the credentials and that's why unable to set up the laptop. Also the laptop i received isn't formatted. Someone's account is already there. Tried calling on Accenture support numbers but not a single number is valid. Tried calling relationship manager but she isn't answering the call. Dropped several mails but got no reply.

Got an offer from accenture Level 9 22 fix. Got another one from INFY with 26 fix.
Talked with Accenture to match the offer, they told already given highest for level 9. Is there any chance they will budge????

The interview happened last month first week and documentation process also completed. They have given a verbal offer, but no offer letter as there are still doing some audit and compliance on the earlier employments. They have yet not reverted. What should be done in this scenario. Is this a normal thing in Accenture where they take an inconsiderable amount of time for small things too

Even after informing HR that I wouldn't be joining Accenture I am getting Red Carpet emails. Even getting more emails as the joining date is approaching. I have informed HR long ago also received multiple calls after that and clarified that I won't join.

As CTC comprise of huge (24 to 27%) variable amount, can someone help with queries:

1. What is appraisal cycle at Accenture ?
2. As they also have 6 months probation, are lateral hires considered for appraisal & variable(prorated) during first year?
3. Any date in year before which candidate must join to be eligible for appraisal & variable of ongoing cycle.
4. Does Joining Bonus come with any return clause, if yes whats condition ?
