I have an offer from Nagarro with 20 CTC and I have counter offer of 24 fixed and 50k joining bonus.

How can I ask Nagarro to increase my offer ? Will they increase or reject? Does Nagarro provide any joining bonus?

FYI i have 3.8 yoe .java full stack

Got a verbal offer from Bloomberg as a global Data analyst in nyc. What should I expect as yearly salary? Offer letter should come in by tmw just wondering what peoples thoughts are beforehand. Since global data isn’t as important as software engineering or sales at Bloomberg I shouldn’t expect relocation assistance right?

I’m a recent graduate of masters and currently have 2 offers in my hand.

1) One with CITI Bank with 100k salary and no sign on bonus and as it is in my home town as I stay with my family needs no relocation bonus required.

2) This is with American Airlines in Dallas Fort Worth which offered 100k + 10k bonus + 18k relocation bonus (required)

Which ofer should I consider given I’m a new graduate and this is going to be my first job. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

So, I am a high performer and had to cover for two very senior roles for many months due to quick high turnover. We already had our talks. I found it funny when I was told, “oh and by the way… as you can see we increased your bonus to thank you for covering for so and so.” $500 increase………. Am I silly to think this “thank you” increase is a joke? No salary increase and only $500 thank you for covering for two additional jobs. Am I unreasonable to think the work I covered for wasn’t appreciated?
