Full stack developer working for 4 years with annual pay increase of 2-5%.

Spoken to management about pay increase, and the best I got was 5% last year.

My base location is Gitanjali Park, and project deputes location is Infospace (Candor). In card collection mail it was told to ask HR for approval regarding entry from main gate entry. My question is, do I need admin access to collect my ID card? I was told to go to 1st floor. Because in my prvs experience in Gitanjali Park, without adm

About 3 months back, I joined as a lateral in TCS at C3B grade and 32lpa. My YOE is 16. I have 100% project allocation, but not billable to client and no work. Is it risky to be like that ? Will it affect my confirmation?
