I really want to go back home to India for a couple months till things get better. I have been trying my best to stay to avoid the risk but I’ve reached a breaking point. I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years. If it makes a difference I’m in SoCal so gas is $$$, but no EV charging in my apartment.

Tesla: $830/month + charging and insurance
BMW: $600/m + $150 gas + maint/insurance

Any thoughts? Is the Tesla worth it?

I had an interview in LTI for a .Net Developer position. There were 2 technical rounds and I got selected. I received an email from the recruiter to submit the documents and EAF. I had submitted the requested documents the same day. The recruiter told me that she will schedule the HR round.

I was following up with her, and after a month she messaged me on WhatsApp and said, the HR round can't be scheduled because my expected CTC is her maximum budget. Seriously 😳
