Hi guys, I joined as a fresher in july and still I didnt get any project. I am shadowing a senior on a project. Last month I had mailed my manager asking for project ,he said he will get back to me with a suitable opportunity. I am still waiting and on non billable code but I can't wait anymore. How do I politely follow up with my manager again asking him to allign me on some project? or should I directly ask him if there are projects or not. (Company -Deloitte)

We encountered an issue with a car dealership client where they record a used car in their inventory based on their current valuation and a lower cost is paid for the purchased cars. They call the difference as "undernet" and this practice is common for the industry as per client. Based on IAS 2 an inventory should be recognised lower of cost or NRV. Anyone who encountered this issue with their client before? Can you share your experience and how did you resolve this issue?

Going to join BT project within Wipro, as a Technical consultant. Just have few doubts. Could anyone please help me understand.
- How is the work culture in this project. I have heard of strenuous work culture within Wipro. Is it any different or same across the organisation.

We have a high paying client that texts us ( me the other associate and the partner) at a late hour - usually 3 a.m. the first time the client did it, the partner wasn’t on the thread so I told him about it and he said he’d talk to the client. Now the client is doing it again. It has once again disturbed my sleep and I can’t go back to sleep when I start my work day in 2 hours. I’m pissed. What should I do?

Hi Everyone, I have joined IBM 2 weeks back and project is not assigned to me yet. Now the thing is IBM has my previous company as client, Now HR asking me to work over there for atleast 6months. But am not at all interested to go over there and work.

Can we reject this project and ask IBM HR to show me some other projects. TILL NOW NO OTHER PROJECT IS SHOWN TO ME
