May be may be not. How many problems you have faced so far? That is going to define your experience.

like

Yes you are right. But when I get some problems I try to do it in more than one way to just broaden my knowledge. So, I learn when required else I wait for the problem.

I am also in the similar kind of situation. Can someone suggest on this. How to deal with it. Do we really need to stick with one particular domain or skills?

Thank you!!

You will be able to do it, as you always have been doing. You have a diverse set of knowledge and that is precious. Don't beat yourself up for nothing. Reach out to other people if you hit a roadblock.

I have a controversial observation: Facebook seems to be using recruitment process managers to get diversity hires. I've looked at all the RPM hires over the past few years and every one of them seems to be a woman, most commonly a woman of color. I'm all for diversity, but this feels out of balance. Am I wrong?

Looking to create a tool we can use for stakeholder relationship tracking. We want to be able to hear a clients name, look them up in the tool, see info about their role and department, and see which of our consultants have worked with them before and on what projects. Trying to think of an easy to use, interactive tool beyond something like excel. What’s something you’ve used for this before?
