How to declare NPS in FBP
Hi all, I am joining an MBB technology strategy practice from a T3-T4 firm without coming in at a lower level (such as SC—>C, M->SC.). Any general advice/tips from fellow fishes who have done the same?

Sounds fishy to me. If I had a temp and I wanted them to stay I eould be connecting with them regularly and preparing a roadmap for permanent employment. I find when you get branded at MVS you never habr an opportunity to rebrand. Find another opportunity.
Hey, yes I am interested. I will definitely apply to your company. Thank you. 😊
Actually I spoke to her, and kind of said I don't belong there. Also it was a waste of talking to her after that due that she never reply to my emails nor wants to set up a meeting for months now 😑
I really like the culture and environment. Also there's some people who's actually really nice. I have been applying elsewhere as well just in case. I just wish I could get a position there to get a higher salary and knowledge of learning different things with different teams.
See if there are opportunities at starcom. Same family and think we might have some openings, just not sure if in ops
I'll recheck starcom as well. Thank you
Check all Publicis network companies, not just Stardom, but definitely get the heck out of MVS
It will happen, hang in there! Ask your boss if there is someone else who has been in your position before to talk to? I know a handful!
Hmmm this is a concern. Someone else you can talk to? HR?
I had an interview with hr two weeks before meeting with my boss last year. He said he's going to help me get a ops position. Two days after meeting with my boss, I emailed hr and he said there's nothing available. Every month since then, I email him about any ops position and he never replied. He only called me once to tell me that I should find an opportunity elsewhere and I should stop emailing him and he will email me when he find something. It's been over a year and he never got anything for me, yet in the corporate newspapers, there's other people who got hired for ops positions.
Do you really want to stay with MVS though? The place sucks
Exactly which is so unfair. The reason was so stupid as well, all because I had my headphones on loud and didn't notice her. She said she was screaming saying "hello" to me which I really didn't hear and said I'm "unfriendly" due to that. In that case, I shouldn't be working at mediavest because of the above and I don't fit the description category of working there which to me sounds like discrimination.
We probably have some positions open if you are interested...
If in Chi have you talked to new HR person? She is great
What role is operations support? Admin? Finance?
No I'm in NY. And the head hr person don't even acknowledge me when I email him or call him. I have tons of emails to prove I been emailing him and my boss. At first he offered to help me then after meeting with my boss, I email him and he told me that he has nothing and I should look at other places. So I email him back and told him that you said you was going to help me because the panel said I should be placed in operations but now your telling me that I should look elsewhere. I was just pissed off cuz it didn't feel right and something was off. All the other temps I know, got hired. Some didn't even went for an interview. They got hired over the phone and placed in different positions within the company. I tried emailing other hr personals but eventually it still has to go through him to hire or not hire. The position is activations operations. I just think it's so unfair because I been trying to contact him and no response. Eventually I just stopped emailing him since he called me and told me to stop emailing him and applied to other places.
When going in for an meeting, a boss who wants you to do well, shouldn't belittle anyone. Yet she belittle me and made me feel like shit basically. I went into a meeting thinking that she was going to help me, but she just belittle me. I should have recorded the whole conversation but I didn't expect to walk into that situation at that time, all because she claim she was yelling and screaming "hello" to me which I didn't hear and claim I'm unfriendly as well as other things which I prefer not to say. Since I didn't expect that reaction from a svp, I didn't record anything, so it's just word against word.
@mvs op the head of HR is female. Who are you talking to?
Hmm.... it's a guy, I heard he's the one who's the head of hr. What is the females name? I can contact her...
