I joined a startup but the pay for 3k and during that time my father was ill he had to quit his job. In order to support I had to quit startup and started working at Amazon as CSA. It has been 3 years now I am here. My interest Area is Automation Testing Seleniun with Python. I have no experience to show for it. How can I switch for Customer service domain to IT. I am 29 years old.",

In Manual testing 4 months, Automation : None Customer support: 3 year
1.If you haven’t already got a certification in automation testing, you should get one it is value add on to your profile
2. If Amazon has internal job posting where you can apply internally for your preferred position that will give you an head start to switch your career path to IT.
But for internal job postings also they ask for 2 years or more in Technical experience. I have 3 year experience in Customer support. I am ok with working as intern as well. So I can grow step by step. I saved enough for emergencies.
