I've been working for 3 years since graduation and the first 2 years I worked in aviation consultancy. Mostly doing data/BI analysis but my main title and job was airport planner. I’ve now realised I’m getting paid significantly less than the market rate. I’m getting job offers with almost 40% increase. I know my male peers at my company get paid significantly more than me.
