Good career path for someone who loves consulting but has a low resistance to stress? I’m just starting my career in HR consulting (after transitioning from another field) at a boutique firm that seems to have good WLB, but I’m worried about succumbing to the stress in the longer term if I keep climbing the ranks. Do you know of any adjacent paths that offer a similar variety of projects and opportunities for skill development, but are less stressful?
