Hi guys. I'm interviewing for WSE (Web Solutions Engineer) and I have heard many things about the role but I'd like to know some opinions.
I'm currently a software engineer but I have been told that the WSE is not as technically challenging as SWE or other types of roles.
I am also a little afraid of the "consulting" part of the role since I don't have a lot of background facing clients. Will that be a deal breaker in the process?
Also, how much of full stack does this role has?

Does anyone have itchy ears and have you found a solution? I’ve seen multiple ENTs and have tried ointments. I’ve seen a dermatologist and my primary. Nobody has been able to identify the problem. The inside of my ear itches as if someone were swiveling a feather in there slowly to torture me. Sometimes the skin flakes and peels out but usually it’s just dry and itchy and no skin ointment has helped.

Anyone have recommendations on 401k administration and visa process education or certification programs? I know bare minimum on both and really want to up my game. TIA!
