Fall review was bad. HR said that there will be a mid year review in January. If the mid year review doesn’t improve then will discuss “transition plan”. So does that mean in January, if review is still bad, I would be presented a separate agreement and asked to leave work right away? Or they will still give me some time to focus to find a job and then officially let me go if I fail to do so in the given time period? Just want to know when would be my last paycheck date.
