Hi guys,
I’m under consideration for a KAM position for Amazon in Sweden. I’m supposed to do a 60 min online assessment, any ideas what to expect or think about during this assessment?

Also, do you have any idea what a normal TC would be for this kind of position? Thank you in advance!

Congratulations on the possibility of the new position! I'm guessing it might be a numerical test assessing your reasoning skills and capabilities. The processes aren't necessarily complex but working under time can be the part that gets to people.

Thanks for your input!

I have seen several videos on YT going over the online assessment...not sure if there is one assessment or many. Either way, that's where I would start so you're not going in with no idea what to expect.

I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.
1. Can I mail back asking for the budget they have for this role?
2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
3. He had asked for tenure in the current organisation. Does this affect the hike? My tenure in current organisation is 9 months.

Any suggestions on this will be helpful. Thanks.

Hi all. Taking a 1-2 years (don't know how long) to work for an early stage startup that doesn't offer 401k yet. Don't want to lose these investing years. How do I best make up the 19K after 6K IRA?

I only contribute 3% to my 401k & everyone thinks im nuts. Here is my rationale: when I retire, I am expecting to be in a higher tax bracket than I am currently. Hoping to build a RE portfolio with passive income. Currently I am saving/investing 60% of my net income so its not like I am saving less by only contributing 3%. The measly match (subject to vesting) is not really worth it imo. I would rather pay tax now and have the liquidity of having that money in a brokerage account. Thoughts?

I moved from India to Canada 2yrs back. I am happy here, enjoying work, new place and new lifestyle. But, even after 2yrs of being in a new country I have no social life. I prefer a more natural way of meeting people.. like at work or at an institute etc. Anybody has any suggestions?
