Hello everyone! I'm looking for a referral for a senior people analytics (or similar) role at a tech company. I have 5 YOE (7 months in PA, rest in finance/consulting roles) and advanced skills in Visier, Workday, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. I'm currently in this space at an IT research firm and the work has been almost too easy, I'd like more of a challenge and hopefully to add more value. I hope I don’t get hate for this. But I recently moved in with my partner and his elder cat, and I do NOT like her. I’ve interacted with her for two years but the dynamic seems to have shifted since we moved (I know cats don’t like moving).

I’m WFH and end up spending a ton of time with her. She occasionally purrs but mostly yells about everything and cries for my partner when he isn’t around. Even he admits that she is super difficult. I constantly read up on it but not sure how to deal?

Thoughts on Mindshare? How has the culture at Mindshare evolved over the past year? Are there return to office plans/talk about more remote flexibility?

Curious to see how many funds are offering flexibility or the ability to stay mainly or 100% remote in their RTO plans. Mine is hybrid to begin with the majority of time in the office and not very flexible. I wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually change it to 5 days in the office. Has anyone’s fund been open to remote?

Thoughts/Advice... Non-Trad IT guy with liberal arts degree... Currently, Business Analyst 6 YOE 120K TC which is solid in my small market. I've upskilled with PSM and PSPO certs in last 3 months with ProSci change management cert on tap. That said, I see limited/no growth opportunities in my current company (many senior staff in comfortable positions), and would welcome further insights on dev goals, certs, market trends, etc as I look for remote opportunities.

Starting a new job and figuring out WFH desk set up. They gave me a laptop and $500 stipend for office furniture. I have a desk, chair, and iMac for myself. Trying to decide if I should get a second monitor on an arm for work, or if I should buy a new laptop for myself and a monitor I can plug each computer into at the start/end of work. I def want a big screen for personal use but it's tough to fit it all on one desk. What did you all do?

I manage a team of about 150 remote fe insurance telesales agents, recruit about 25 new agents monthly and am 100% remote. At one time we were paid based on our agents production but now we can only earn on their first month and a half of production. Is this common? What should I expect to make while managing $9mil a year in production. While writing I was posting $40k monthly. I made a lot more selling than I am now 3 years later and having trained hundreds of agents. Thoughts? Opportunities?

i was interviewed for frontend role in. ibm and the feedback was excellent on first round, 2nd pdm interview was held on 12 oct and they conveyed verbally that i have cleared it as well but since then there is no response, every week i call the recruiter and he is constantly avoiding, recently he said we have shared mail for documentation, no mail came to me i conveyed, he said will call u in 2 mins and no callback or anything.. tomorrow is my lwd in current org, need suggestion plz
