Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? My current consulting role is not - so this would be new.

I have 2 offers pending and waiting to hear back from 3 more. One company want me to start before June 11th (bonus )and waiting for me to give them an offer. Another said I can start after June 11 to collect my bonus but the commute is not that good. I told them I want to decide until I have all my offers in place.

Once I have the offers in place should I approach to the companies I like with offers I received and wait for them to give me offer then I counter or just give them my ask and see?

Hey all, 3rd party recruiter reached out to me about a job. We had interview which I think went well. I did not give my salary expectations, but the recruiter provided the hiring budget.

After sending resume, I am now being asked my current income. Seems expectation is ~20-25% comp increase when you change companies. Effectively it would be a promotion, but the budget would be significantly more than 25%.

Do I inflate my current comp? My wife said she had to find a paystub for her job.

After giving an interview I got a call and mail from TCS hr for document upload on 2nd nov in tcs ibegin, on the same day i have uploaded the documnets in tcs ibegin and on 4th nov the status got changed in tcs ibegin from canditate registered to evaluation in progress but still my document status is showing pending for verification . Can anyone tell me how long it will take for verifying the document and generating the offer letter?

Interviewed for TCS on August 6th..Technical and HR round was done on same day and even got informed that I've been selected.. Only last week HR round happened over call and we discussed about CTC..

In interview I will he having technical discussion and management and hr round.

So is it just hr round or they will take another interview on technical skills.

I was not informed when I asked HR during onboarding time. She said that will be disclosed when I joined the organization. As I have recently joined this organization, I really don't want to move out of this organization but wanted to move out of internal project. Please suggest me a suitable option.
