About 3 months back, I joined as a lateral in TCS at C3B grade and 32lpa. My YOE is 16. I have 100% project allocation, but not billable to client and no work. Is it risky to be like that ? Will it affect my confirmation?

2) I was told by HR that I will get an Hike in between 0-20 percent, variable pay which is not mentioned in the letter? Will I receive that if yes when? Please suggest.
3) I dint have anything related to working hours and days of work is It like I may have to extend number of working days a week?

My numbers are great , and I always hit my quotas , but I can’t help but to feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Do you guys know of any other companies that are in the same or similar industry that pays more.
