Have offers at places like Oliver Wyman/L.E.K. Consulting and Trinity/Putnam. Long term I want to be in medicine (applying this cycle for md). I’m interested treating patients but I also want to long term use that clinical knowledge/business knowledge (md/mba?) to be in something like a medtech startup. My current opinion is that the skill set I’ll accrue at t2s might be better (although less industry specific) but the knowledge I get for Trinity/Putnam for the world of healthcare would be better.

Brother.. Once u leave the company. You are least cared by them... Why would they give u insurance.
Rising Star
They deducted coz they dint know you would leave.. its your decision to leave so you cant hold the company responsible if they are not covering you…
Yup..no insurance
But i guess insurance provided by the insurance provider not by the company. I wud suggest even if u have left EY u can directly claim to 3rd party provider directly. U have paid the premium u have every right to claim it.
Its group insurance and not individual insurance so i dont think you will be able to make a claim
I left in June and didnt even get the financial planning benefits they claimed they will give in May. PrudentBrokers are thieves.
Isnt it horrendous that the company forces employees to pay for insurance while the government has instructed the company to get employees insured.
I think, you will get the insurance as soon as you join the new company considering if you are switching the job. So, no need to take info for the previous policy.
And yes, your policy will expire once you leave the firm. One of my friend already checked this with 3rd party.
