Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

Hello, does anyone work as an auto underwriter for insurance? I recently got accepted for an internal job position and was offered $50k. I’m currently a claim processor making $20/hour so the offer is more than what i’m making but is low in comparison to the average salary for an auto underwriter in AZ (which is around $58k). Hey fishes I have recently got a job from Hugging Face a US based startup for USD 55K + stocks. I can work from India. However since they do not have any legal entity it will be independent contractor.

Hi All, I got an offer with Paypal. I'm 7 years experienced on Java, Full stack.

Base - 30 L
Variable - 3L (1.5L cash & 1.5 equity)
Sign on bonus - 2L for 1st year, 1L for 2nd year
Stock - 7.5L per year over three years

They have matched my other offer except I didn't get stock option in the other offer.
I see that with my same experience people are getting more Sign on bonus and RSU and even on the base pay. Is this a good package to join paypal ?
