My sister’s boyfriend was fairly successful at a call center a few years ago but has only worked low wage jobs since. Any steady job would be a step up. I have 3 YOE, got offered 10.5 LPA in pwc. I had asked for a higher package as I have a counter offer of 12 LPA, the HR came up with some logic of variables, performance pay etc and gave me the offer. I have been offered a role in Data Analytics dept ( SAP tech stack).
