Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

I had same offer 1 year back ey , Deloitte, and EPAM, airbus. Its been 1 year selected EPAM now exactly after 1 year of joining epam has given me:
1. Great work culture
2. Wlb 10:30 - 7:30 that too mostly less work load
3. 1.2 lakh hike currently at 19.2 lpa with 3rd default rating with just 9 months completed at time of rating
4. Peers have left big product company offers here and know well
5. EPAM only takes development projects thus 0 risk of support project
6. Remote work

- great insurance coverage and you have top-up options.
- lots of leaves ~52days in a year
- I found managers and team are really good.
- employee centric company, you will get gift at-least once in a year.
