Hi guys, presently a manager at acn. Have a senior security assurance consultant offer at Amazon and potentially a security program manager offer from a tech company outside of faang. Expecting second offer to be slightly better numbers. Which would you go with especially from a career growth/exit opps perspective

Take second offer if it’s financially better. If you really believe in Amazon, you can keep adding Amazon stock to your portfolio rather than relying on Amazon rsus. But from work perspective, Amazon is pretty standard unless you are in product development.

I want to switch role as an AWS developer. But I have just learnt the things on my own in AWS. In interview I am asked questions based on real scenarios on which I am not having any experience.

Any suggestions? Even if I do hands on on services like Linux academy or quiklabs, it would not help.
(AWS cloud migration experience one can get if worked on a real project). Please help.

I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.

I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.

Any advice or similar experience?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?
