So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

You cannot interview for the same position again for another 12 months. You can be considered for another role at any point in time. Good luck

I think you can reapply after 3 months but the "real" advice is to wait at least 12 months. That assumes that you use the 12 months to grow your experience and improve your skills.
As for networking - that will help as you try to learn more about the role and what is expected but it won't lead to a job - best case is a referral (which is good).
