Recived an offer of 12LPA from a Seed funded (established in 2018)startup ( raised near abt $400k) and they are asking me to sign the offer within a day. Position is of a Developer in UI. I tried negotiating but they are saying they have appraisal cycle twice a year and would increase based on performance within 6 months . Esops would be granted after I have spent 1 year time at the startup.

Current ctc : 7 LPA

Any suggestions ?

Any info on Vice and Viceland salaries? Mainly copywriter/designer roles. Know they were notorious for underpaying but maybe they’ve changed? I know it’s not agency talk but they fit the creative bill

I just started a new in-house role at an investment co. (F500) Apparently they require that I disclose all of my personal investment accounts (including account numbers) for compliance under the investment act. Has anyone else had experience with doing this? The fact that they want my personal account numbers makes me really, really uncomfortable.

I've been receiving a couple of calls from different recruiters regarding job opportunities. But, after they get a confirmation of my interest in that role, they don't update me with the application process.
What should I do? They don't even respond to my follow-up emails.
