Hey brother,
First of all drink water, take a deep breath and be calm.
Don’t stress about anything and you didn’t lose anyone.
Here we are community, all are with you.
Don’t think you are alone. We all are happy to help you.
Feel free anytime to DM.
Cheers 🥂
That's normal to feel. I was there. In the end one has to accept the truth that "world is like this" yahi sach hai bhai.
Over thinking happens and it's normal as you don't have anyone to share with. Just write it down on paper or in notes app. Wake up early morning and go for running. Enjoy fresh air, sun rise view. Be with nature.
Join gym work out more than you could. Force yourself. It will build confidence. After that you'll get enough courage to accept reality. You'll feel calm as you'll know sooner you are going to be with someone and you will put every effort to make it beautiful living.
It's just temporary. Nothing stay permanent.
Watch vikings, feel the character of Ragnar ! You'll be okay
Once your trust has been broken it’s difficult to build that again. I can understand that. Sometimes we cannot always share how we feel with family. It is the same with friends as well. My personal experience is Sharing that with a complete stranger, who might not be able to offer you a solution right away, but will patiently listen to you. Feel free to DM. Also try this app 7cups, where they have trained listeners.
I came just to say that all above folks have given v valuable inputs.
But if you still feel like you need help then speak to your trusted family member, or a friend or reach out to a Counsellor and don't try to push through if it is not helping.
I am so sorry to hear that. Just here to tell you to hang in there. It does get better.
